Our company “FOSHAN NANHAI Yong Quan Plastic Co., Ltd” entered the mainland of China in 1992 to invest and set up factories. It is based in the Southern Sea of FOSHAN and specializes in the production of PVC rubber particles. The production scale is 120,000 tons per year, covering 12 mu of land.
Since 2008, in order to meet China's domestic demand, our company has established a domestic production plant, “FOSHAN NANHAI Quanhong Plastic Co., Ltd.” covering an area of 10 mu. The production scale is 5 sets of PVC granulator for rubber particles production "4 sets of single screw and 1 set of twin screw". The second set of rubber plate production line can produce extruded plate with W=1200MM, T=1~20MM, and the second set of air foaming R&D production line. The annual output of PVC rubber particles can reach 9000 tons per year. Automatic feeding equipment is introduced into the production line to improve production effiffifficiency and accuracy.
